摘要: |
通过对应力和工艺的分析,认为焊接局部温度过高会产生焊接应力;环境潮湿会引起焊条吸潮,造成电弧不稳、飞溅增多,导致大量裂纹.通过在整个施工区域搭设保温棚、焊前预热、焊后保温、焊条烘干处理等多种手段,缓解了焊接裂纹问题. |
