植物PHT基因家族功能与磷调控网络研究进展

摘要:
植物的生存和发育需要大量的磷,而磷转运蛋白(PHT)基因家族在植物体磷吸收和运输中发挥重要作用.植物PHT基因一般分为6个不同的亚家族,分别为PHT1~5PHO.本文综述了植物PHT亚家族成员的功能,及在植物磷信号中的调控网络,进一步为植物响应磷胁迫以及植物育种研究提供方向。

Abstract:
Phosphorus is a massive nutrient essential for plant survival and development. The phosphate transporter (PHT) gene family plays an important role in phosphorus uptake and transport in plant. Plant PHT genes are generally classified into six different subfamilies, namely PHT1-5 and PHO. In this paper, we reviewed the functions of plant PHT subfamily members and their regulatory networks in plant phosphorus signaling, which will provide directions for further research on plant response to phosphorus stress and for breeding high-quality plant species.
