Q690高强钢焊接箱形截面轴压构件局部稳定性分析

摘要:
高强钢焊接箱形截面轴压构件已被广泛应用于钢结构工程中.本文利用ANSYS分析软件建立了考虑局部几何初始缺陷和焊接残余应力的有限元模型,对Q690高强钢焊接箱形轴压短柱构件进行有限元分析.对比已有试验数据,验证了所建立有限元模型的可靠性.利用有限元模型进行参数化分析,并对Q690高强钢焊接箱形轴压构件进行局部稳定分析.采用直接强度法(DSM),给出了适用于Q690高强钢焊接箱形轴压构件局部稳定的设计公式.

Abstract:
High strength steel welded box-shaped axial compression members have been widely used in steel structure engineering. In this paper, ANSYS analysis software was adopted to establish a finite element model considering the local geometrical initial defect and welding residual stress, to carry out finite element analysis of Q690 high strength steel welded box-shaped axial compression short column members. Compared with the test data, the finite element model was verified to be reliable. Based on the finite element model, parametric analysis was carried out about the local stability of Q690 high strength steel welded box-shaped axial compression members. The design formula was given by direct strength method (DSM), which was applicable to the local stability of Q690 high strength steel welded box-shaped axial compression member.
