采用浸渍法制备了负载型钯催化剂(Pd/γ-Al2O3),并将制备的催化剂应用于对苯醌加氢制备对苯二酚反应. 考察了不同反应温度、压力、时间、催化剂用量等因素对Pd/γ-Al2O3催化剂性能的影响. 以甲醇(CH4O)作为溶剂,在反应温度为30 ℃、氢气(H2)压力为3.0 MPa、反应时间为2 h、对苯醌和甲醇的质量比m(对苯醌):m(甲醇)=3:47、催化剂质量分数仅为0.25%(以对苯醌质量计)的条件下,对苯醌转化率为100%,对苯二酚的选择性为96.9%,产率为96.9%. |

Abstract: |
In this paper,a γ-Al2O3-supported palladium catalyst(Pd/γ-Al2O3) was prepared by the impregnation method and was applied to the hydrogenation of p-benzoquinone to produce hydroquinone. The effects of reaction temperature, pressure, time, and amount of catalyst on the performance of Pd/γ-Al2O3 catalyst were investigated. With methanol as the solvent, the conversion of p-benzoquinone, the selectivity of hydroquinone, and the yield were 100%, 96.9%, and 96.9%, respectively when the reaction temperature, the pressure of hydrogen, the reaction time, the mass ratio of p-benzoquinone and methanol [m(p-benzoquinone):m(methanol)], and the mass ratio of catalyst (by mass of p-benzoquinone) were 30 ℃, 3.0 MPa, 2 h,3:47, and 0.25%, respectively. |
