基于三维狄拉克半金属(3D DSM)的载流子迁移率高、可调谐性好的优点,开展了太赫兹波可调谐双频吸收器(THz MMA)的研制工作.研究表明,通过破坏微结构的对称性,THz MMA可以在太赫兹波段实现近似完美吸收,并且随着非对称度的增加,吸收峰从1.322 THz蓝移至1.721 THz,调制深度为23.2%,共振峰Q因子接近20.此外,通过改变费米能级,3D DSM吸收器的共振谱线可以在很大范围内调节,如费米能级在0.05~0.15 eV内变化时,低频(高频)吸收峰在0.826~0.993 THz (1.098~1.371 THz)内调节,相应的调制深度为17%(20%).该研究结果对于设计高性能的太赫兹波器,如探测器、滤波器、传感器件等很有帮助. |

By utilizing the advantages of high carrier mobility and good tunable properties of 3D Dirac semimetal (3D DSM), we propose a terahertz (THz) dual-frequencies metamaterial absorbers (MMA). The results manifest that by breaking the symmetry of the double-stripes microstructure, nearly unity absorption peaks can be observed in the THz waveband. As the asymmetric degree increases, the absorption peak indicates a blue shift from 1.322 THz to 1.721 THz, and the according modulation depth is 23.2%, and the value of the Q-factor is close to 20. Additionally, by change the Fermi level of the 3D DSM, the resonance curve of the THz MMA can be regulated in a wide range. For example, if the Fermi level changes in the range of 0.05-0.15 eV, the low-frequency (high-frequency) absorption peak is modulated in the range of 0.826-0.993 THz (1.098-1.371 THz), and the corresponding modulation depth is 17%(20%). These results are helpful for design of high-performance devices, such as detectors, filters, sensors, and so on. |
