乳制品中益生菌的定量方法研究进展

摘要:
益生菌对健康有促进作用,乳制品中的益生菌的数量已成为评价其质量优劣的重要标准.建立简单快速益生菌定量检测方法很有必要.就乳制品中益生菌数量测定方法的研究现状和发展趋势进行了综述.

Advances in quantitative detection methods of probiotics in dairy products

Abstract:
Plenty of studies showed the probiotics can promote health. The number of probiotic bacteria in probiotic dairy products has become an important criterion for evaluating the produces' quality. Therefore,it is necessary to establish a simple and rapid method for quantitative determination of the probiotics in dairy products. In this paper,the research status and development trend of quantitative determination method of probiotics in dairy products are summarized.
