盐酸文拉法辛缓释片的制备

摘要:
以羟丙甲基纤维素和甲基纤维素作为主要辅料,制备了盐酸文拉法辛缓释片.考察了重要的影响因素对盐酸文拉法辛缓释片体外释放曲线的影响,并得到最佳处方.盐酸文拉法辛缓释片的制备配方为:羟丙甲基纤维素100 mg、甲基纤维素25 mg,制粒目数为16目,微粉硅胶2.5%,压片压力30 kN.以pH=6.8的磷酸盐缓冲溶液作为释放介质时,片剂具有良好的缓释性.制备的盐酸文拉法辛片具有良好的缓释效果.

Preparation of venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets

Abstract:
To prepare venlafxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.Hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose(HPMC) and methyl cellulose(MC) were used as main materials to prepare sustained-release tablets of velafaxine hydrochloride and the influence of important factors on in vitro release curves of venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets was investigated.Results:The optimal prescription included 100 mg HPMC,25 mg MC,and 2.5% glidant in one tablet prepared with 30kN.The tablets were prepared with the method of wet granulation by NO.16 mesh sieve.The tablets exhibited good sustained-release property in phosphate buffered solution (pH=6.8).The as-prepared venlafxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets have good sustained-release property.
