IC-ICP-MS测定大气颗粒物中的碘物种

摘要:
建立了离子色谱(IC)与电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)线下联用测定大气颗粒物中碘物种的方法,采用IC对样品进行分离,ICP-MS对进行检测.采用Dionex ICS-1000,配以AS18分析柱和AG18型保护柱,以40 mmol/L的KOH作为淋洗液测定大气颗粒物 (Aerosols)中的碘物种(Iodine Species),该方法的检出限为0.1 μg/L,精密度(RSD)在4.2%~5.4%,加标回收率在80%~101%范围,方法适用于碘物种的测定.

Abstract:
A method for the determination of Iodine species in Aerosols was detection developed using IC and ICP-MS.IC was used in preliminary separation of the samples,and ICP-MS was used in the detection of Iodine species.The Dionex ICS-1000 ion chromatography coupled with AS18 analysis column and AG18 protection column was used and 40mmol/L KOH solution was used as the eluent.The detection limit of this method was 0.1 μg/L,its precision (RSD) was between 4.2% and 5.4%,and the labeled recovery rate was between 80% and 101%.
