Abstract:
In order to explore the effects of 2, 4-di-tert-butylphenol (2,4-DTBP), the most abundant allelochemicals in Casuarina equisetifolia forest, on the growth and development of Haplocladium microphyllum, we determined the content of chlorophyll, proline and malondialdehyde (MDA) at different mole concentrations (0, 0.01, 0.05, 0.10, 0.50 and 1.00 mmol∙L-1) of 2,4-DTBP. The results showed that the appropriate concentration of 2,4-DTBP (0-0.10 mmol∙L-1) increased the chlorophyll content of Haplocladium microphyllum and decreased the proline and MDA content, while the concentration of 2, 4-DTBP(>0.50 mmol∙L-1) decreased the chlorophyll content and increased the proline and MDA content. When the concentration of 2,4-DTBP was higher than 0.50 mmol∙L-1, it had an allelopathic inhibitory effect on Haplocladium microphyllum, which was not conducive to the growth of Haplocladium microphyllum. In this study, the allelopathic effect of 2,4-DTBP on bryophytes was discussed by taking Haplocladium microphyllum as an example, which provided a reference for exploring whether the Haplocladium microphyllum can adapt to the ecological environment of Casuarina equisetifolia forest land.
