      体育教师教学评价素养指标体系是体育教学改革与学生全面发展的重要课题。运用德尔菲法、层次分析法、数理统计法构建出我国中学体育教师教学评价素养指标体系,该体系主要包含“体育专业素养、体育教学评价与反馈、体育核心素养导向、体育教学评价情感素养”4 个一级指标、14 个二级指标以及 45 个三级指标。基于所构建的指标体系,提出针对体育教师教学评价素养的培育路径,以期为提升中学体育教师教学评价素养和促进教育高质量发展提供参考。
英文摘要:
      The teaching evaluation literacy indicator system for PE teachers is an important topic for PE teaching reform and students' holistic development. Using the Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the mathematical statistics,this study constructs an evaluation literacy indicator system for Chinese middle school PE teachers. This system comprises four primary indicators,including physical education professional literacy,PE teaching evaluation and feedback,core literacy orientation in PE,and emotional literacy in PE teaching evaluation,along with14 secondary indicators,and 45 tertiary indicators. Based on this system,this study proposes cultivation pathways for developing PE teachers’evaluation literacy,thus providing a reference for improving their teaching evaluation skills and promoting high-quality educational development.
