      诞生于民族历史文化传统的教育家精神在教育现代化浪潮中面临新的挑战,表现为:现代教育的普及化、功利化与转型发展等特征强化了教师的技术性身份,助长了教师的“平庸之恶”,进而带来教师文化使命的缺失。在教育哲学视角下,拥有崇高的精神境界,建构原创的教育理论,积极投身育人实践,这些丰富内涵共同构成教育家的精神本质。以教育家精神引领教师专业成长,应着眼于精神禀性、过程整合和实践指向,激活教师的主体意识和专业自觉,促使教师敬畏知识并将其转化为教学手段,在教育交往中增长实践智慧,以积极的教育行动回应教育家精神的时代要求。
英文摘要:
      The spirit of educators,born from the historical and cultural traditions of a nation,is facing new challenges in the wave of educational modernization. These challenges manifest as the popularization,utilitarianism,and transformational development of modern education reinforce the technical identity of teachers and foster their“banality of evil”,ultimately leading to the loss of teachers’cultural mission. From the perspective of educational philosophy,the essence of an educator’s spirit consists of the rich connotations like having noble spiritual realms,constructing original educational theories,and actively engaging in educational practice. To guide teachers’professional growth through the spirit of educators,efforts should focus on spiritual qualities,process integration,and practical orientation. This approach can awaken teachers’sense of subjectivity and professional awareness,encouraging them to respect knowledge and transform it into teaching methods,accumulate practical wisdom through educational interactions,and respond to the requirements of the times with proactive educational actions.
