The integration of ideological and political courses across primary,secondary,and higher education is a key initiative for moral education in the new era. It requires ideological and political teachers to actively engage in pioneer actions in teaching awareness,teaching methods,and teaching content delivery. This paper constructs a framework for teacher pioneer actions encompassing four dimensions,including concept,practice,resources,and professional development,which aims to strengthen leadership of integrated concepts,enhance innovation in integrated teaching,strengthen integrated resource consolidation,and deepen
integrated professional research. Additionally,it proposes the establishment of a collaborative mechanism for subject integration,the implementation mechanism for integrated teaching,the sharing mechanism for resource integration,and the incentive mecha‐nism for evaluation integration in order to ensure the realization of teachers’pioneer actions. |
