      义务教育阶段作业负担重的问题受到广泛关注,主要表现为作业设计针对性不强,未能与教学目标、学生需要、育人追求和家长诉求等要素匹配。其原因主要是学校功利化追求、教师观念偏差、学生对作业价值认识不清以及家长的焦虑内卷。从“教—学—评”一致性的视域出发,将作业目标、作业内容、作业形式以及作业支持系统作为设计元素,构建作业设计 的基本参照框架,遵循这一框架开展作业设计,可以发挥作业在达成核心素养、提升学科情感、促进家校合育等方面的多元价值。
英文摘要:
      Heavy homework burdens in compulsory education have raised widespread concerns, mainly due to poorly targeted design that fails to align with such elements as teaching objectives, student need, educational aspirations, and parental expectations. This problem stems from the causes like schools’ utilitarian goals, teachers’ conceptual biases, students’ lack of understanding of homework value, and parental anxiety. From the perspective of “Teaching--Learning- Assessment” consistency,this study treats homework goals, content, forms and support system as design elements to build a basic reference framework. Designing homework according to this framework can enhance its multiple values in achieving core competencies, fostering subjectrelated emotions, and promoting home-school collaboration.
