      探究中小学教师工作投入的影响因素及其作用机制对于推动基础教育高质量发展具有重要意义。研究基于 538 位中小学教师的问卷调查,探究了中小学教师的社会情感能力对其工作投入的影响及作用机制。结果表明:中小学教师的社会情感能力能够正向影响其工作投入,自我效能感和职业承诺分别起部分中介作用,自我效能感和职业承诺起到链式中介作用。因此,教育主管部门和学校应当重视教师的情感因素,提升教师的社会情感能力;促进教师的专业发展,增强教师的自我效能;强化教师的身份认同,提高教师的职业承诺。

      Exploring the factors influencing work engagement of primary and and the mechanisms involved is of vital importance for promoting the high-quality development of basic education. Based on a survey of 538 primary and secondary school teachers, this study examines how teachers’ social-emotional skills impact their work engagement and through which mechanism. The results show that teachers’ social-emotional skills can positively affect their work engagement, with self-efficacy and professional commitment serving as partial mediators and self-efficacy to professional commitment also acting as a chain mediator. Accordingly, education authorities and schools should prioritize teachers’ emotional factors, enhance their social-emotional skills, support their professional development, strengthen their self-efficacy, and reinforce their professional commitment.
