为了探究幼儿园园长的中庸思维对其课程领导力的影响,以及心理资本和学习投入在两者之间的作用,该研究以河南省 320 名幼儿园园长为样本,采用园长课程领导力量表、中庸思维量表、心理资本量表和学习投入量表进行测量。结果发现:中庸思维不仅直接正向预测园长课程领导力,还分别通过心理资本和学习投入的单独中介作用,以及心理资本和学习投入的链式中介作用,对园长课程领导力产生间接影响。基于此,应加强中庸思维的培养与应用,重视园长心理资本的培养,推动园长的学习投入与职业规划,建立心理资本与学习投入的
联动机制。 |

This study investigates the influence of Zhongyong thinking on kindergarten principals’ curriculum leadership, as well as the mediating roles of psychological capital and learning engagement. It used a sample of 320 kindergarten principals in Henan Province, and data were measured and collected through surveys on the scales of curriculum leadership, Zhongyong thinking, psychological capital, and learning engagement. The results show that Zhongyong thinking positively predicts principals’curriculum leadership both directly and indirectly through the separate mediating effect of psychological capital and learning engagement, and through their combined chain mediating effect. Therefore, we should strengthen the cultivation and application of Zhongyong thinking, emphasize the cultivation of kindergarten principals’ psychological capital, promote their learning engagement and career planning, and and create a mechanism connecting psychological capital and learning engagement. |
