文章探索了“上海义务教育评价”的现代化进程、现代化措施、经验成就、反思展望。“现代化进程”板块主要呈现上海教育评价的历史进程,从政策视角简要呈现了国家教育评价的发展脉络,以及上海教育评价的历史沿革。“现代化措施”板块主要呈现上海教育评价的发展举措,包括 PISA 项目、TALIS 调查、学生学业质量绿色指标评价。“经验成就”板块呈现了上海教育评价的认知、行动、亮点、经验。认知维度的经验表现为:教育评价改革,“牵一发而动全身”;行动维度的经验表现为:教育评价改革举措,“一子落而全盘活”;亮点维度表现为:兼具前瞻性与国际性;上海教育评价改革的具体经验成就,则可以从“纵横维度”加以呈现。“反思展望”主要从“态度、政策、方法、思路、举措”维度呈现了对教育评价之上海经验的反思,从五育评价的未来侧重、评价分析框架的遵循、新质生产力的评价赋能的角度予以了展望。 |

This paper explores the modernization process, modernization measures, experience achievements, and reflection and prospects in the “Shanghai compulsory education evaluation”. The section of “modernization process” mainly outlines the historical trajectory of the evaluation of Shanghai education from the perspective of policy, briefly presenting the development of national education evaluation and the historical evolution of education evaluation in Shanghai. The section of “Modernization Measures” mainly presents the development measures of education evaluation in Shanghai, including PISA program, TALIS survey, and green indicator evaluation of students’ academic quality. The section of “Experience Achievement” presents the cognition, action, highlights and experience of Shanghai education evaluation. The experience of cognitive dimension emphasizes education evaluation reform, in which “a slight shift in one part may affect the whole situation”; the action dimension shows that education evaluation reform can “revitalize the whole education system with just one single measure”; the highlights dimension emphasizes forward-thinking and internationality; and the specific experience achievements of Shanghai education evaluation reform can be presented from the “vertical and horizontal dimension”. The section of “Reflection and Prospect” mainly presents the reflection on the Shanghai experience of education evaluation from the dimension of “attitude, policy, approach, thinking, and measures”, contemplating from the perspective of the future focus of five education evaluation, the adherence to an analytical framework, and the empowerment of new quality productivity in evaluation. |
