目前,对传统县中办学模式的路径依赖已成为县中振兴的最大阻碍,具体表现为:改革主体对“高考升学”的价值锁定,对“县级政府”的政治锁定以及对“县中模式”的技术锁定。
由于组织变革的路径依赖受改革主体的个人选择和教育改革场域的双重掣肘,所以县中振而不兴是宏观组织环境、中观组织文化、微观组织结构多重因素相互交织的结果。为有效破解传统县中办学模式的路径依赖,必须突破办学认知的价值锁定,回归县中育人的本体功能;突破办学主体的政治锁定,重塑县中教育发展的制度环境;突破办学模式的技术锁定,提升县中内部组织变革能力。 |

Currently, path dependence on traditional running models of county middle schools has become a significant barrier to the revitalization of county middle schools. Such dependence manifests as value fixation on “college entrance exam success”, political constraints at the “county government level”, and technical reliance on the “country middle school model”. Because path dependence of organizational change is constrained by individual choices and the educational reform environment, the lack of substantial revitalization in country middle schools is the result of intertwined macro-organizational environments, mesoorganizational cultures, and micro-organizational structures. To effectively address such path dependence, it is necessary to
break the value fixation on exam success, and return to the core mission of country middle schools--to cultivate students; to overcome political constraints, reshape the institutional environment for educational development; and to transcend technical limitations, and enhance internal organizational adaptability in country middle schools. |
