      课堂是学校落实国家教改要求、促进学生核心素养培育的主阵地。上海市青云中学基于新时代教育教学的需求在实践中构建了“活力课堂”,促进教师经验反思、校本研修探索实践阈值,形成多样情境、进阶任务、自主学习、合作交流、数字融入和情感参与教师对“活力课堂”新样态的六大共识。基于此,学校布局了对应“活力课堂”特征的深度校本教研探索、单元教学设计支架开发、单元接力课制度创新及教育数字化研修平台应用,赋能和激活教师成长,促进课堂成为师生共同成长、探索知识的乐园。
英文摘要:
      Classrooms serve as the primary setting for schools to implement national educational reform and cultivate students’ core competencies. Shanghai Qingyun Middle School has responded to the needs of contemporary education by constructing a “dynamic classroom” in teaching practice. Through fostering teacher reflection, exploring the thresholds of school-based professional development, and establishing shared principles, six key elements of the new “dynamic classroom” were identified among teachers, including“diverse contexts, graduated tasks, autonomous learning, collaborative communication, digital integration, and emotional engagement”. Based on these findings, the school has organized in-depth school-based research and exploration into the characteristics of “dynamic classroom”, developed unit teaching scaffolds, innovated unit relay class systems,and established a digital training platforms for teachers, thus empowering teachers, activating their growth, revitalizing classrooms, and creating a paradise for the growth and knowledge exploration for both teachers and students.
