舞蹈教师的身份认同是影响舞蹈教育发展的重要因素。研究发现:舞蹈教师多重身份交织的现状成为当前舞蹈教师身份认同危机的导火索。教师身份危机主要源于前职业认知与职后身份之间的落差、学校主体意识的流变、缺失的社群协商环境三大因素。面对舞蹈教师身份认同危机,通过厘清教师身份边界、构建舞蹈教师实践共同体、制定教师发展保障制度,从而化解教师的身份认同危机。 |

The identity recognition of dance teachers is a crucial factor influencing the development of dance education. This
research finds that the intertwining of multiple identities of dance teachers has become the fuse for the current crisis of their iden?
tity recognition. The teacher identity crisis mainly stems from three factors: the gap between pre-professional cognition and post-professional identity, the change of the main consciousness of the school, and the lack of community consultation environment.
In response to the identity crisis of dance teachers, this study proposes to resolve the crisis by clarifying the boundaries of teacher
identity, building a community of practice for dance teachers, and establishing a system to ensure teacher development. |
