      “双减”背景下,课后服务是推动我国中小学教育走向高质量发展轨道的重要战略。调查发现:(1)当前中小学教师参与课后服务的意愿总体水平一般,行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制对中小学教师课后服务参与意愿产生正向影响;(2)行为态度、知觉行为控制通过主观规范间接作用于中小学教师课后服务参与意愿。据此提出建议:一是价值引导与激励并重,促成中小学教师形成积极的课后服务参与态度;二是关注人文关怀,增强中小学教师所感知到的课后服务参与主观规范;三是构建专业支持体系,增强中小学教师课后服务参与的知觉行为控制。

      Under the “Double Reduction” policy, after-school service has become a strategic initiative to promote highquality development in primary and secondary education in China. The survey of this study show that (1) the overall willingness of primary and secondary school teachers to participate in after-school services is moderate, and it is positively affected by behav? ioral attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control; and that (2) behavioral attitude and perceived behavioral con? trol indirectly affect teachers’ willingness to participate in after-school service through subjective norm. Based on these research findings, recommendations are put forward, including 1) combining value guidance with incentives to foster a positive attitude to? wards participation in after-school services,2) enhancing humanistic care to increase perceived subjective norms, and 3) build? ing a professional support system to strengthen perceived behavioral control for teachers’ participation.
