      资优生培养是当今拔尖创新人才培养的关注点之一。相关研究主要集中在高中和高校阶段,初中阶段资优生培养研究尚未引起广泛关注。作为大学的附属初中,上海师范大学附属闵行第三中学发挥大学优质教育资源的统整协调作用,探索出了适合公办初中资优生培养的实践模式。文章以分布式领导理论为视角,从“如何选拔”“谁来培养”“如何培养”三个方面阐明了学校在资优生甄别选拔和师资队伍建设方面的经验,同时阐述了资优生在培养目标、课程体系、培养制度及评价方面的实践成果及反思。

      The cultivation of gifted students has become the focus of current talent training. Relevant research on gifted stu? dent cultivation mainly focuses on high school and higher education stages, with less attention paid to the stage of junior middle school. As an affiliated school of a university, the Shanghai Minhang No. 3 Middle School Affiliated to Shanghai Normal Univer? sity has explored a practical model suitable for the cultivation of gifted students in public junior high schools by leveraging and in? tegrating the high-quality educational resources of the university. From the perspective of distributed leadership in the field of educational management, this paper illustrates the valuable experience of the school in the selection in the selection, training, and cultivation of gifted students and the construction of teaching teams, and also details the practical achievements of and reflec? tions on cultivation goals, curriculum systems, cultivation systems, and evaluation methods.
