重要途径。文章探讨了校本研修范式的理论构建与实践应用,强调从传统的教师培训模式向
教师主体学习的转变。通过对校本研修现状和面临挑战的分析,提出了以促进教师专业发展、
提升教学质量为目标的“学—研—评—展”的实施路径,并分析实际案例,展示校本研修在促进
教师理念更新、实践研究、评价反馈和成果展示等方面的有效性。 |

With the deepening of educational reforms, school-based training has become an essential path to enhance teach?
ers’ professional qualities and respond to the changing educational demands. This paper discusses the theoretical construction
and practical application of the school-based training paradigm and emphasizes the transition from traditional teacher training
models to teacher-centered learning. By analyzing the current status and challenges of school-based training, this paper propos?
