      在互联网时代下，网络体育信息对高中生体育意识、行为的影响日益深刻。文章 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和行动研究法探讨网络体育信息对高中生体育意识、行为的影 响。结果表明，网络体育信息可以丰富高中生体育认知、提高高中生体育竞技水平、增加高中 生运动频率，但也存在易引发个人主义、沾染不良习惯、重竞技轻健身等问题。结合体育课程 标准对其负面影响提出干预策略，包括设置体育科普专栏、培养学生团队意识、强化学生道德 教育等。

英文摘要:

      Under the background of the Internet age，the network sports information has increasing important influence on senior high school students' sports awareness and behavior. This paper has tried to discuss this influence by adopting literature re? view，questionnaire investigation and action research. The findings show that network sports information can enrich senior high school students' sports cognition，improve their sports level and increase their frequency of doing sports ，but it may easily con? tribut to such problems as the development of selfishness，the formation of bad habits，and an emphasis on sports competition rather than sports fitness. In view of the negative effects of network sports information，some intervention strategies based on the curriculum standard of physical education have been put forward，including setting up the column of popular sports science，culti? vating students' team consciousness and strengthening students' moral education.
