      随着基础教育发展质量的逐步提高,中小学教师减负的诉求也愈发突显。近几 年,日本在教育改革中积极致力于解决教师减负的科学性与持续性问题,通过建立配套的法律 制度、激发减负的内外动力、发挥多方力量共同协作以及对减负结果进行及时评估与反馈等措 施,形成了一套内外联动的教师减负长效机制。该机制在提升日本中小学教师教育质量与工 作效率等方面发挥了积极的作用,也为我国当下推进教师减负改革提供了有益借鉴。
英文摘要:
      With the gradual improvement of the quality of basic education development,the demand for reducing the burden of primary and secondary school teachers has become more and more prominent. In recent years,Japan has been actively address? ing the scientific and sustainable issues of the reduction of teachers’burden in its education reform,and has formed a set of longterm mechanisms for reducing teachers’burden with internal and external linkages,including the establishment of a supporting legal system,stimulation of internal and external motivation to reduce the burden,the collaboration of multiple parties,and the timely evaluation and feedback on the results of the burden reduction. This mechanism has played a positive role in improving both the education and efficiency of Japanese primary and secondary school teachers,and it can also provide a useful reference for China to promote the reform of reducing teachers’burden at present.
