中文摘要:
      《中小学教育惩戒规则(试行)》的实施,赋予了中小学教师教育惩戒权,其实施有 利于维持教育教学秩序,培育学生良好品行,也对教师的专业发展提出更高的要求。但在实践 中,教育惩戒与预期不符,出现了观念偏差、实效困境、保障不足、主体缺位等问题。建议从合 理定位及行使教育惩戒权、加强教育惩戒措施教育性、科学完善学校及相关教育惩戒制度、提 升教育惩戒家校协同度等方面解决现存问题,推动中小学教育惩戒向前迈进。
英文摘要:
      With the implementation of The Rules about Punishment for Primary and Secondary School Education(Trial Ver? sion),primary and secondary school teachers have been granted the power to punishment in education,which is not only condu? cive to maintaining education and teaching order and cultivating good character in students,but also puts forward higher require? ments for teacher professional development. However,in practice,punishment in education does not meet expectations,which has resulted in such problems as misunderstanding of concepts,practical difficulties,insufficient protection,and the absence of subjects. It is recommended to address the existing problems by reasonably positioning and exercising the power of punishment in education,strengthening the educational nature of punishment measures,scientifically improving related punishment systems in education for schools,and enhancing the cooperation of punishment in education between families and schools in order to promote the progress of punishment in education for primary and secondary schools.
