      提升初中教师课程领导力,不仅是促进教师专业发展的一种新视角,也是提升教 师专业能力和影响力的一种重要路径。文章基于“上海市提升中小学(幼儿园)课程领导力行 动研究(第三轮)”项目实验学校的研究,以初中教师课程实施为切入点,提出“以学校文化氛围 提升课程思想力、以师生发展目标提升课程设计力、以有效教学策略提升课程实施力、以反思 教学实践提升课程评价力”四个方面实施策略,期冀能有效提升初中教师课程领导力和教师专 业发展水平。

      Improving curriculum leadership of junior middle school teachers is not only a new perspective to promote teach? ers' professional development,but also an important way to enhance teachers' professional ability and influence. This paper is based on the research carried out in the schools for the experiments of the project about“how to improve curriculum leadership in primary and secondary schools(kindergartens also included)in Shanghai(the third round)”. It takes teacher curriculum imple? mentation as the starting point and puts forward four implementation strategies,including enhancing curriculum thought through school cultural atmosphere,enhancing curriculum design through development goals of teachers and students ,enhancing curric? ulum implementation by adopting effective teaching strategies,and enhancing curriculum evaluation by reflecting teaching prac? tices,which can effectively enhance curriculum leadership of junior middle school teachers and promote their professional devel? opment level.
