      文章回顾了价值观教育的历史溯源,并探讨了当代中国教师的专业发展。价值观 的塑造是中国基础教育的核心,“立德树人”是不能偏离的政治方向。社会主义核心价值观与 中华优秀传统文化的内在关联可以从《管子》《孟子》《老子》等诸多中华传统文化典籍里找寻。 最后阐述了当代教师的必备素质与关键能力,包括:理想信念、师德师风、爱生情结、学识积累、 教育教学能力、人际关系、教育安全、心理健康、阅读学习、着眼未来。
英文摘要:
      This paper reviews the history of values education and discusses the professional development of teachers in con? temporary China. It points out that building values is the core of basic education in China,and "moral education" is a political di? rection that cannot be deviated from. It also expounds the internal relationship between socialist core values and Chinese excel? lent traditional culture,and points out that the source of socialist core values can be found from many Chinese traditional cultural classics such as Guanzi,Mencius and Laozi. Finally,it expounds the qualities and key competencies that contemporary teachers must have,including:ideals and beliefs,morality in teaching,love for students,knowledge accumulation,educational and teaching ability,interpersonal relationship,educational safety,mental health,reading and learning,and focusing on the future.
