      由于长期受制于国内考试制度,音乐教学评价的现实困境主要表现在实践层面对评价功能、评价指标的误读以及对评价实操的无绪状态上。究其原因,一是音乐教学评价功能存在“二元对立”;二是音乐教学评价研究发展缓慢,对权威评价项目应用不足;三是音乐教师评价专项能力存在短板。研究认为,应围绕“本土需求”实现评价功能的兼容并蓄,组织以“音乐性”为核心的评价指标,以“流程化”的评价路径帮助教师完成评价实操。

      Due to the long-term restriction of the domestic examination system, the practical dilemma of music education evaluation is mainly reflected in the misreading of the evaluation function and evaluation indicators at the practical level, and a lack of thinking threads in the practical operation of evaluation. The following reasons can be found for explanation: firstly, there exists “binary opposition” in the function of music education evaluation; secondly, music education evaluation research has been developing slowly and there has been an insufficient application of authoritative evaluation projects; and thirdly, there has been a lack of evaluation ability among music teachers. This study believes that we should realize the inclusive evaluation function by focusing on “the local demand”, organize the evaluation index with “musicality” as the core, and use the “process” evaluation path to help teachers complete the evaluation practice.
