      尊重青少年的认知规律推进劳动教育,是提升青少年劳动教育成效的基本原则。引导青少年提升劳动认知水平是开展青少年劳动教育的基础。在当今社会中,遵循青少年认知发展的基本规律开展青少年劳动教育,需要家庭、学校和全社会因地制宜,引导青少年认知劳动形态,从中逐步理解劳动的基本含义;与时俱进,引导青少年认知新业态,从中理解现代劳动的新要求;循序渐进,引导青少年树立正确的劳动价值观。
英文摘要:
      Promoting labor education based on respecting the cognitive rules of adolescents is the basic principle to improve the effectiveness of adolescent labor education. Guiding adolescents to increase their awareness of labor is the basis of labor education. In today’s society, carrying out adolescent labor education by following the basic rules of their cognitive development requires families, schools, and the whole society to adapt to the local conditions and to help adolescents recognize labor patterns for gradual understanding of the connotation of labor, to guide them to understand new job formats based on the new requirements of modern times, and to help them gradually establish correct labor values.
