同情是一种道德力量,它助力个体跨越狭隘自我走向他者。为探寻当前青少年同情心发展的样态,该研究自2016年开始关注青少年的同情心发展状况,并于2019年开展跟踪调查。结果发现,青少年普遍关爱他人,且在援手相助的同情行为上更加积极主动,但是也存在着由个体同情向社会同情延展不足的困境,以及随年龄增长越来越倾向于表达同情情感而非付诸行动的问题。要想保存或施展同情的道德力量,学校可将自身建构为中介伦理实体,帮助青少年由个体同情延展至社会同情,并积极培育青少年由情生出行的勇气。 |

Sympathy is a moral force that helps individuals to cross their narrow self to others. This research was carried out in 2016 in order to explore the current development of adolescents' sympathy, and launched a follow-up survey in 2019. From the integration of survey results, it has been found that adolescents generally care for others and are more willing to show their sympathetic behavior of helping others. However, there is also the dilemma of insufficient extension from individual sympathy to social sympathy and they tend to show sympathy only rather than give others a helping hand as they grow older. In order to preserve or display the moral power of sympathy, schools can construct themselves as ethical entities,thus helping adolescents extend individual sympathy to social sympathy, and actively cultivating adolescents’ courage to perform sympathetic behavior . |
