      局内人教师学习研究是一种遵循实践认识论和批判实在论的教师学习研究范式,这一范式将教师学习研究的整个场域假定为一个生态系统。局内人教师学习研究模型是一个由三重并行且相互依赖相互作用的循环系统构成,即核心教师学习研究循环系统、反思教师学习研究循环系统和元循环。局内人教师学习研究有两种具体操作方法,即以教育文化土著的内部眼界观察教育和以教育文化持有者的身份深描课堂。

      Teacher learning research from insider’s perspective is a paradigm of teacher learning research that follows practical epistemology and critical realism, which assumes the entire field of teacher learning research as an ecosystem. Its model is composed of three parallel and interdependent circulation systems, namely, the core teacher learning research circulation system, the reflective teacher learning research circulation system and the meta-circulation. There are two ways for insiders to carry out teacher learning research: observing education from the perspective of indigenous education culture and deeply describing classroom as a holder of education culture.
