      该研究从教育生态学视角,采用大数据分析论证与田野调研等质性与量化相结合的研究策略,探索“双减”背景下中小学教师多元复合教育生态环境,尝试构建中小学教师教育生态系统结构方程模型,验证模型中的假设,探究“双减”背景下中小学教师处于怎样的实然现状,采取何种有效路径以促进中小学教师队伍良性持续动态的发展。该研究为实现“双减”背景下教师队伍的协同均衡、共生共荣、良性和谐可持续发展,提供了分析向度和实证依据。
英文摘要:
      From the perspective of educational ecology, this paper explores the ecological environment of multiple compound education for primary and secondary school teachers under the background of “Double Reduction” by adopting the research strategy of combining qualitative and quantitative methods such as big data analysis and field investigation. It has attempted to construct the structural equation model of the educational ecosystem for primary and secondary school teachers, to verify the assumptions in the model, and to explore the actual situation of primary and secondary school teachers under the background of “Double Reduction” and to explore effective ways to promote the healthy and continuous dynamic development of primary and secondary school teachers. In order for the primary and secondary school teachers to achieve coordinated balance, symbiotic co-prosperity, and benign and harmonious sustainable development, this paper has provided the path and empirical evidence.
