      学生的公平感是判断教育公平实现程度的重要依据。以群体差异分析的视角,呈现不同区域、学校、年级与班级以及不同成绩的学生在资源配置、评价反馈、平等参与、权利自主、个性关怀和差别对待六个维度的公平感得分,研究发现:区域、校际与班级之间的学生公平感差异主要体现在资源分配上;不同年级和不同成绩学生之间的公平感差异主要体现在差异引领与个性关怀上;资源配置与差异引领是当前教育公平发展中的难点,学生之间的公平感差异大于区域和学校之间。应加强教育资源供给的精准度,保障教育政策实践演绎过程中的程序正义,关注学校内部不同学生的差异化公平体验,构建良好的学校内部公平文化氛围。

      Students’ sense of equity is an important basis for judging the degree of educational equity. From the perspective of group difference analysis, it can present the scores of students’ sense of equity in six dimensions: resource allocation, evaluation feedback, equal participation, right autonomy, individual care and respect for differences. This research has found that the difference of students’ sense of equity between regions, schools and classes is mainly reflected in the distribution of resources, while that between different grades and scores is mainly reflected in difference guidance and personality care; resource allocation and difference guidance are the difficulties in the current development of educational equity. The difference of students’ sense of equity between themselves is greater than that between regions and schools. Therefore, it is important to strengthen the accuracy of the supply of educational resources, to ensure the procedural justice in the practice of educational policy, to pay attention to the differentiated equity experience of different students, and to build a good fair cultural atmosphere in the school.
