Building a large teaching system is the key task for the implementation of “New Curriculum New Textbooks” in ordinary high schools. Big goals, big processes, big teams and big classrooms are its core elements. Drawing on the design theories of Gagne and Wiggins, a basic framework can be formed: “planning - design - development - teaching – evaluation” supercyclic. The implementation of “New Curriculum New Textbooks” is an “engineering” work, which needs to be constructed according to the principle:At the level of “management”, it needs to plan big goals, plan sub goals, select big concepts, design big projects, thematic development, structural optimization, class based predesign, situational teaching, phased evaluation, and select optimized storage;At the level of “human resource management”,we should implement the cooperation system, subgroup system, chief system, supervision and training system and external employment system; At the “physics” level, we should improve discipline space resources, provide project construction funds, build school-based training centers, formulate evaluation and assessment standards, and build inter school cooperation alliances. |
