      我国台湾地区近些年努力构建完整的数字教材产业链，力促数字教材与学校教学实现深度融合，愈加重视数字教材相关领域研究，取得了显著成绩。在数字教材的建设过程中，台湾地区主要围绕数字教材品质规范机制的建立、专项发展规划的制定、数字教材设计研究的推动等方面采取措施。借鉴台湾地区的经验，大陆地区的数字教材建设应加快推进数字教材的标准化工作，制定数字教材建设专项发展规划，更新数字教材设计理念。

英文摘要:

      In recent years, Taiwan area has strived to build a complete digital industry chain of teaching material and have achieved better results in the deep integration of digital teaching material and school teaching and more emphasis on the related research into the digital teaching material. In the construction, Taiwan area has mainly taken the corresponding measures around the establishment of quality standard mechanism and a special development plan, and the promotion of digital teaching material design and research. With such experience from Taiwan, the construction of digital teaching material in mainland China should aim to accelerate its standardization, formulate a special development plan, and update the designing concept.
