      通过对中学体育课实施体能教学干预情况的调查,发现学生对自己体能水平认识不够清楚。体育课上安排体能练习时间过长,运动强度偏低。身体素质不好,内容单一、枯燥无趣,怕出汗、苦和累是影响中学生体能练习的主要因素。为了提高学生体能练习效果和体质健康水平,要定期监测学生体能数据并分析,加强学校各部门联系,体能教学实施“四性”,即方法针对性、方式趣味性、时间可控性、形式多样性,体能练习要定时定内容。
英文摘要:
      Through the investigation of physical education intervention in middle schools, this paper has found that students are not clear about their physical education level. Several factors may negative affect physical exercise of middle school students, which include long time of physical training, low exercise intensity, and simple and boring content of physical education as well as students’ poor physical quality and their fright of sweating, hardship and tiredness. In order to improve students’ physical fitness training and their physical health, students’ physical fitness data should be regularly monitored and analyzed, and the relationship between different departments of the school should be strengthened. Physical fitness teaching should combine the “four characteristics”, namely, targeted methods, interesting methods, time controllability, variety of forms, and physical fitness training should be fixed regularly.
