中文摘要:
      高中学业水平考试改革在实践中遭遇公平性、素质教育难以落实、学生全面发展难以实现的风险。探析改革背后的文化、意识、制度等因素,可将改革的风险归因于:改革方案科学性的不足、伦理文化的薄弱、利益相关者的合谋行为、高中的利益追求、学生全面发展的多重阻力、自我利益需求的投机心理。为此,文章尝试提出如下对策:完善改革制度,转变教育观念,正确处理利益相关者的利益关系。
英文摘要:
      High school Academic Level Test(ALT) reform has faced risks such as fairness issue and the difficult implementation of quality education and difficult realization of students’ all-round development. After exploring several factors behind the reform, like culture, consciousness, and system, this paper has attributed the risks to a lack of a scientific scheme for the reform, a weak ethical culture, stakeholders’ conspiracy, high schools’ pursuit of profit, various resistance of students’ all-round development and the speculative mentality of self-interest. To tackle these risks, this paper suggests the following countermeasures: perfecting ALT system, transforming education concepts and properly handling stakeholders’ interests.
