      课堂学习权是儿童学习权的核心内容,具有过程性、共生性、基础性和整合性等特征。当下的课堂只是实现学习权的应然场所,而不是实然所在。为了保障和落实课堂学习权,必须在调节和平衡儿童学习权利和教师教育权力的基础上,建构起一种具有“生本”倾向的、能满足师生彼此需求的新型学习生活场。建构“师生共生”型课堂,是深化课堂转型的课题,也是实现课堂学习权的现实路径。
英文摘要:
      Classroom learning right is the core of children’s right to learn, with the characteristics of process, symbiosis, foundation and integration. At present, the classroom is only an ideal place to realize learning right, not an actual place. In order to guarantee and realize children’s learning right in class, it is necessary to construct a new learning and living field which is “student-based” and can meet the needs of both teachers and students after adjusting and balancing children’s learning right and teacher’s education right. The creation of a “teacher-student symbiosis” classroom which is a realistic topic for deepening the teaching transformation, and for realizing children’s right to classroom learning.
