      行动是在沟通交往中以自身言行的变化影响对方的言行发生预期变化的活动,彰显了教育的本性和教师的专业性。行动是卓越教师的核心品质,集中体现为反思批判意识、教育创新能力、沟通交流意识、教育实践智慧。然而,受技术理性影响,教师工作的行动品格被遮蔽,阻碍着教师走向卓越。增强批判反思意识,激发教师开展教育创新,提升教师沟通交往的意识和能力,丰富教师的实践智慧,是教师走向卓越的应然路径。
英文摘要:
      Action is an activity that affects the expected change of others’ words and deeds with the change of one’s own in communication, which highlights the nature of education and the professionalism of teachers. Action is the core quality of excellent teachers, focusing on the strong consciousness of reflection and criticism, the extraordinary ability of educational innovation, the full sense of communication, and the rich wisdom of educational practice. However, under the influence of technical rationality, the action character of teachers’ work is obscured, which hinders teachers from moving towards excellence. Therefore, it is an expected path for teachers to become excellent if their consciousness of critical reflection is raised, they are encouraged to carry out educational innovation, they can improve their communicative ability, and enrich their practical wisdom.
