由于复杂的历史与现实原因,中国社会的教育生态发生了显著变化,传统师道失坠,师生关系出现了令人担忧的“异化”现象。从历史上看,尊师重教是中华民族的传统美德,温馨和谐的师生关系一直是中国教育史上的亮色。《吕氏春秋》所呈现的“达师”形象和“师徒同体”的师徒关系样态,对协调当代师生关系具有重要的价值和意义。 |

Remarkable changes have taken place in the educational ecology of Chinese society owing to the complicated historical and realistic reasons. Traditional teacher’s moral is lost and “alienation” in the relationship between teachers and students appears, which makes one worried. Historically, respecting teachers and emphasizing education are the traditional virtues of Chinese, and the warm and harmonious relationship between teachers and students has always been a highlight in the history of Chinese education. The image of excellent teachers and the teacher-student relationship which emphasizes the same value pursuit and moral standards between the two in Lv’s Spring and Autumn Annals have important reference value for coordinating the relationship between teachers and students at present. |
