      “薄弱学校”与“文化”之间有难以割舍的联系。薄弱学校问题的长期存在导致了薄弱学校文化的产生与发展;同时,薄弱学校文化也对薄弱学校的发展与变革产生了负面效应。这要求我们必须具有从文化视域审视薄弱学校问题的理论意识和学术自觉。基于此,在对薄弱学校、薄弱学校文化与薄弱学校发展之间关系考察分析的基础上,提出了消除薄弱学校文化负面效应的突围之策:增加薄弱学校优质资源投入,为消除薄弱学校文化奠定物质基础;发挥优秀校长的建设性作用,为消除薄弱学校文化提供价值引领;健全薄弱学校教师荣誉制度,为消除薄弱学校文化塑造人文环境;发挥名师工作室的辐射作用,为消除薄弱学校文化打造优质师资。
英文摘要:
      There is an unbreakable connection between “weak schools” and “culture”. The long-term existence of the weak school problem has caused the emergence and development of the weak school culture; meanwhile, the weak school culture also has a negative effect on the development and change of these schools. This requires us to have both theoretical and academic consciousness to look at weak school issues from a cultural perspective. Based on the investigation and analysis of the relationship between weak schools, weak school culture, and weak school development, this paper puts forward several countermeasures to eliminate the weak school culture: increasing the input of high-quality resources in weak schools, which lays a material foundation for the elimination; giving play to the constructive role of excellent principals to provide value guidance; improving the system of honor for weak school teachers to create a cultural environment; and giving full play to the radiating role of famous teacher studios to train teachers of high quality.
