      新的体育课程标准指出:体育与健康课必须保证一定的运动负荷。文章基于 Fitts和Posner提出的运动技能学习三阶段模型,以及利用“口诀法”创编的三个范式,旨在为体育教师提供“口诀法”在教学中运用的策略。在口诀的编制中要对其含义进行诠释,并在练习中追加反馈,提高学生的主观注意,把短时记忆过渡到长时记忆。在整个技能学习的阶段,“口诀法”能提高课堂效率,丰富教学方法和手段。
英文摘要:
      The new Physical Education Curriculum Standard points out that Physical Education must ensure a certain amount of exercise. Based on the three-stage model of motor learning proposed by Fitts and Posner, this paper proposes that three models should be used to create mnemonic rhyme, which aims to provide Physical Education teachers with the strategy of using mnemonic rhyme in teaching. In the preparation of mnemonic rhyme, it is necessary to interpret its meaning, and pay attention to students’ feedback in the practice so as to improve their attention and and transfer their short-term memory to long-term memory. In the whole process of skill learning, mnemonic rhyme can not only improve classroom efficiency, but also enrich teaching methods.
