      在大力开发利用多媒体技术的潮流下，黑板在英语教学中却遭到冷落。教学实践证明，多媒体设备在直观性、交互性和效率方面，具有一定的优势。多屏展示作为多媒体技术的一种，还扩展了教学活动的信息呈现量。而传统黑板则在开放性和信息处理及时性上具有优势。两者相辅相成，“黑板主导，多屏辅助”的模式可提升英语阅读教学效率，提升学生的思维品质。

      In the trend of multi-media technology, traditional blackboards seem to have been ignored. The research has proved that multi-screen display, one of the multi-media technology, wins an advantage in being intuitive, interactive and efficient and can expand the information quantity of the teaching activities, while blackboard-based teaching is more open and suitable for handling timely information. They supplement each other. With the teaching mode in which blackboards play a major role and multi-screen display assists the teaching, the efficiency of teaching English reading and the quality of students’ thinking can be improved.
