In this study, this paper has evaluated the consequences of National Students Constitutional Health Criterion (Criterion) from the perspective of education policy. The results show that, since the implementation of Criterion, the purpose of inspiring students to exercise cannot be properly achieved. There exist some problems in Criterion, such as unclear incentive effect, high cost, and large indirect negative impact. Considering these problems, this paper has put forward some suggestions, including formulating reasonable incentive measures, improving the stability of test indicators, and establishing an independent physical health center. |
