      年轻的男教师是农村小学相对稀缺的教师群体。基于对一位农村小学入职三年男教师一年半的追踪调查发现:源于对薪资、编制等因素的认可,当前的农村小学教职能够吸引一些男教师入职从教,并且留在农村小学从事教学。可是,对外交流闭塞、基础设施简陋、职业发展空间有限等因素阻碍了农村小学男教师的发展。为此,招收并留下男教师更好地在农村小学从教,需要教育部门、农村小学及各级政府协同优化村小教师队伍建设。

      Young male teachers are relatively scarce in rural primary schools. Based on one and a half year follow-up survey of a male teacher who has been working in a rural primary school for three years, it is found that due to the recognition of such factors as salary and establishment, the current rural teaching position can attract some male teachers to work in the rural schools and teach well. However, the lack of external information exchange, the simplicity of education infrastructure and the limited space for teachers’ career development hinder the development of male teachers in rural primary schools. Therefore, recruiting and keeping male teachers for better teaching in schools need the education departments, the rural primary schools and the government to coordinate their efforts for the construction of teacher teams in rural primary schools.
