      如何来看待超专业化以及超专业化会给社会带来什么样的影响，这是个仁者见仁、智者见智的问题，也是至今为止探究不深的问题。已有研究不能完全正确地解释到底什么是超专业化劳动分工，自然而然也就不能论述超专业化劳动分工对社会带来的影响。超专业化劳动分工是指通过虚拟连接技术与虚拟平台，能够让拥有不同知识背景的人进行跨界合作，从而突破线性逻辑和时空局限的一种新型劳动分工，其对社会的影响更应该从推动生产力与生产关系的变革方面进行阐述。由于未来社会的运行将架构在信息化、数字化、智能化的条件上，因此，基于智能化的超专业化劳动分工是未来社会中劳动分工发展的大趋势。

英文摘要:

      How to view hyperspecialization and what impacts it may bring to the society have never been researched deeply so far. Opinions on it may differ from person to person. Apparently, all of present ideas can neither precisely explain what the hyperspecialization is, nor elaborate on the impacts it may bring to the society. In fact, only in intellectualized society can the hyperspecialization, a brand-new mode of production, exist. Employing virtual connection technology and virtual platform, the new division of labor enables people with different knowledge backgrounds to cooperate with each other, which can break through linear logic and the limitation of time and space. As a result, its impacts on society should be expounded from the perspective of promoting the transformation of productivity and relation of production. The operation of the future society will be conditioned by informatization, digitalization and intellectualization. Thus, hyperspecialization will accordingly be the major trend in the future.
