伴随着新高考方案的逐步推进,走班制成为高中常态化的教学和管理模式。在走班制推进过程中,由于班主任潜心于管理而无暇顾及德育、更加关注学生的学业成绩、师生关系的隐性教化作用变弱、班级氛围的碎片化等诸多原因,使得班级德育工作的地位被进一步降低,班主任的德育主体地位及其作用受到冲击,班集体的德育功能被削弱。因此,班主任需要在扩充德育主体、更新德育内容、完善德育方法等方面做出有效的应对。 |

With the gradual advancement of the new plan of college entrance examination, the Class-Selection System has become a normal mode of teaching and management in high schools. In the course of promoting the class-selection system, the teachers became more devoted to management and ignored moral education, paid more attention to students’ academic performance, thus weakening the implicit role of teacher-student relationship and causing fragmentation of class atmosphere. The status of moral education in school has been further eliminated in the course of advancing class-selection system. The roles of the class teacher in moral education are negatively affected and the function of class for moral education is weakened. Therefore, senior high schools need to make effective responses in expanding the subject of moral education, updating the content of moral education, and improving the methods of moral education. |
