      Through an analysis of school organization, it is found that schools are a kind of “bottom heavy” social organization system with separation tendency. In order to realize the mission of the school and the purpose of education, and to improve the organizational defects, schools should pay more attention to organizational ethics and construct it effectively so as to promote the formation of common moral values among different groups. For the construction of organizational ethics, it is necessary to build a school organizational culture with ethics as the core and treat a community of ethics spirituality as a really established sign.
