      通过对440位中小学校长的调查研究,从履职情况、生存境遇、发展期待三个维度勾勒出校长眼中的“他们”和“自我”的当前状态,并从教育抱负、办学目标、育人目标、成长方向、管理期待等角度建构出校长对群体形象“我们”的目标期许,以促进校长专业发展。为实现“教育家校长”的成长目标,应明确校长成长方向,给校长适当减负,帮助校长做一名“好教师”,培育“好学生”,办一所“好学校”。
英文摘要:
      Through the investigation of 440 primary and secondary school principals, from executing situation, living circumstances, the development expectation three dimensions to outline of the principal in the eyes of the current state of the “them” and “self”, and from education ambitions, the goal of running a school and train objective, growth direction, management expect ,etc. to construct the principal wishes to “we” group image target. Among them, educationalists are principals’ most growing goals, to achieve the goal the premise is that to become a good teacher and cultivate good students, so that they can run a good school and achieve an educationist headmaster. In addition, it is important and meaningful for the principal to alleviate excessive burden on the path of growth.
