浅谈中小学教育中的学生档案工作——对上海市实验学校个案的思考

      随着社会的发展和教育的不断改革，学生档案作为学生成长过程中的记录，也从一个方面反映了教育的发展和变化。学生档案工作作为教育工作的一部分有着它特有的作用，而目前由于观念和体制等多方面的原因，现有的学生档案工作和教育实践活动有一定程度的脱节。因此，如何更好地做好学生档案的各项工作，为教育实践和教育科研服务，是我们档案工作者所必须考虑的一个问题。文章结合笔者在中小学校从事档案管理工作的实践以及对中小学教育的理解，对中小学校的学生档案工作作出一些思考。

英文摘要:

      Archives of the students, as the record of students’ growing up, reflect the development of society and the continuous reform of education. The archives of students play a significant role as part of the education system. However, due to the old concepts and educational constitution and some other reasons, some archives do not correspond to the educational activities. Therefore, how to work on students’ archives and make the archives serve the educational activities and educational research is what we should take into consideration. According to my practice of primary and middle school archives working and understanding of its contents, the author just have some thoughts about the subject.
